Welcome to Turtle Bay Towers

This website was designed to provide shareholders, tenants and viewers additional information about the building and the community of Turtle Bay. Turtle Bay Towers is a unique loft building that was converted to luxury apartments in 1988. The building recently updated its lobby and added a panoramic roof terrace for shareholders. The cond-op is situated in a thriving community. New restaurants, hotel space and additional residential buildings being built in the neighborhood make it one of the most desirable locations to live in Manhattan.

The Turtle Bay Towers neighborhood is surrounded by luxury apartment buildings, the United Nations, and several garden spaces including Dag Hammarskjold Park Plaza at 46th Street, Katherine Hepburn Garden on 47th Street and the Peter Detmold Park at the eastern end of 51st Street, which contains gardens and a dog run for our pet friendly building!!
